Our coaches are the key

The power of a good coach is clear: Coaching is one of the most effective ways to help you finish college and put your degree to work for you in your career. But sustained, relational coaching is so much more than academic advising. Most college students who attend online or part-time classes don’t have access to a true coach. Our coaches specialize in supporting students who are balancing coursework with work, life, family, financial constraints, or all of the above.

Dedicated 1:1 coaching

You’ll meet with your coach every week throughout your degree journey. Coaching is one of the most effective ways to support you to finish your degree and take your next step.

Low ratios. High impact.

Our coaches never support more than 50 students at a time. To put this in perspective, many university advisors serve 1,000–1,500 students.

Fully human. (No bots.)

The relationship between a student and their coach makes all the difference—and an AI bot can’t do that.

“It was exciting to know that my College Completion Coach would never give up on me. Life will throw you challenges you are not ready for—I am a prime example of it. But always keep in mind your coach is there for a reason, and that is to help you reach your end goal.”

“I considered and tried other options, such as community college, but the in-person requirements from 8am–3pm in a classroom with 18-year-olds left me feeling out of place with no community support. Trying to be present while navigating systems without much support and having to coordinate childcare was challenging. Ultimately, I chose Degree Partners because of its flexible model and supportive environment.”
